Why do those limitations exist?

They exist because to possibly prevent some what chaos. They are also limits because certain things can be considered offensive. Saying racist comments may make people wanna fight, and provoke them to do other things, things like that can be offensive

If you had to give up this right, what would you want in return?

I would never want to give up this right, because i feel that it is very good to say what you want when you want. I like to express myself


Why does your right exist?

I believe it exist because, people would like to express themselves and speak upon what they feel and believe in. It also exist because if they were limits upon what people could and couldn't say, many things would probly be left unsaid and untold. The only limits I feel we have is , probably certain things we can and cant say in public.
